What does it mean?

This is an ‘authorization level’ field in your profile. It can only be changed by the blog administrator (me!!). This gives you a level of permissions to do things on the My English Blog.

Hi!
What are other authentication levels? What these different authenticated users can do? Just curious! Don’t give any response if I am boring you. Sorry for asking such silly questions.
